Out of Stock & Backordered Items

Wall2Wall Furnishings makes every effort to keep our inventory up to date and accurate.  However, there may be times where an item may be out of stock or on backorder.  In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.  We will keep you updated to when the item will be available to ship or provide a full refund.

Cancelling an Order

An order may be canceled for any reason, and a full refund be given if the order has not been processed or shipped. We will advise you as to if the order is still able to be canceled.  Please note, making a request to cancel an order does not guarantee an order will be canceled.  Please make every effort to not place an order that will need to be canceled.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that our site reflects product price, description and color correctly.  But, sometimes an error can appear and we are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors found on the site.  Colors can appear differently based on monitor settings and screen resolutions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for all orders within Texas and other states if applicable.  Taxes will be calculated during checkout for any state where taxes are collected.
